What is Softwave?

The next generation of regenerative therapy is here.

Shockwave therapy has been around since the 1980s. Back then it was called “lithotripsy” and used to break up kidney stones and gallstones. Over the years, the regenerative effects of supersonic sound waves was recognized, and a lower intensity form of lithotripsy was created, and called “shockwave” therapy. Softwave is a form of shockwave therapy that is unfocused, meaning it does not damage tissues like other shockwave devices. Instead, it tricks your body into thinking an injury is present at the site of treatment, and initiates a regenerative process to heal the area from pain, dysfunction, tears, fractures, etc.

What does Softwave work on?

Softwave therapy is great for all kinds of musculoskeletal issues (knee pain, shoulder pain, ankle sprains, post-surgery pain, etc), vascular issues (spider veins, varicose veins), aesthetics (body contouring, cellulite), and much more! There are even studies on Softwave for diabetes, where treating over the pancreas improves insulin production. We have even successfully used Softwave therapy over the abdomen for all kinds of gut-related issues (SIBO, diverticulosis, bloating, etc.). If you have pain or an issue you’re curious about treating with Softwave, email/text/call us, or book your $97 consult and treatment below!

Varicose/Spider Veins

Softwave therapy is great for treating vascular issues such as varicose veins or spider veins. Because this therapy is regenerative, it does not necessitate removing or destroying your veins, it simply improves the health and function of your veins so they can perform how they should!

Testimonials

Katrina came to us with an acute back strain from lifting patients at work. After just one 10 minute session she was able to return to work (not lifting more patients) and had no regression of her back pain. Improvement this quickly and this fully is not always the case, but definitely can happen especially for acute injuries or pains. Oftentimes though patients still need 4-8 sessions for full improvement of their issues.

Jillian came to us a year ago with chronic back and knee pain from a bad accident several years ago. She had already undergone knee surgery that made her symptoms worse, and was told she would need a revised surgery, as well as spine surgery. With some initial Softwave sessions she improved drastically, and now after PRP and peptides she is nearing her functionality from before her accident!
